JOB PURPOSE:

To provide financial and administrative support to colleagues and stakeholders, taking charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and manage budgets
  • Manage records and receipts
  • Reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Prepare balance sheets
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Process invoices
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
  • Resolve financial disputes raised by teams
  • Track bank deposits and payments
  • Keep accurate records of all transactions
  • Be a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
  • Support manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Mathematics
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
  • 1-2 years of Finance and Accounting related experience
  • Experience using accounting software
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools

  • Must possess knowledge of financial regulations
  • Professional certification considered an asset
