JOB PURPOSE: |
To perform a wide range of Human Resources functions from the recruitment process, administration, onboarding, and training to employee compensation, labor relations, and evaluation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Maintain employee files and records electronically.
- Act as point of contact for employee support, resolving any internal and external HR issues that may arise regarding e.g. leave.
- Undertake the full recruitment process.
- Perform orientation and onboarding.
- Assist in developing guidelines and procedures.
- Organize training and development initiatives.
- Administer payroll and benefits plans.
- Ensure good employee relations by promoting programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Contribute to job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying perks, and organizing team-bonding activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor relations.
- Create job descriptions and carry out performance management reviews.
- Ensure the HRIS is updated with employee records regularly.
- Gather and analyze data with HR metrics.
- Undertake and communicate employee health and safety

QUALIFICATION: |
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration |
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: |
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Human Resources Generalist
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Experience in the Office 365 environment
- Experience in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Kaizala, and Microsoft Planner preferred
