JOB PURPOSE:

To analyze, interpret, draft and revise the company's contracts, negotiating the contract terms and conditions between different parties, with the aim of clarifying contracts and preventing inconsistencies. The contract administrator is also responsible for executing the contract administration process and coordinating all interfaces within the project and the company.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Obtain contract-related information from relevant parties 
  • Point of contact for parties regarding negotiations and contract development 
  • Identify potential risks of contract changes to the company 
  • Collaborate with the legal and human resources department to ensure contracts’ accuracy and compliance 
  • Review and ensure relevant documentation accompany contracts 
  • Clarify contract processes, conditions and details with executive management, business partners and employees 
  • Verify contract accuracy and resolve discrepancies 
  • Analyze, determine and execute contract strategy 
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related discipline with additional qualifications in Law 
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in contract administration and management 
  • Experience in a tech company preferred 
  • Experience in Office 365 environment 
  • Experience in Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Kaizala preferred

  • Must possess excellent reading and comprehension skills 
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) 
  • Should have great superior organization skills 
  • Must be able to detect errors and discrepancies 
  • Should have proficient knowledge of legal requirements
