JOB PURPOSE:


To ensure effective workforce management and administrative responsibilities within the organization, acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and often deal with internal and external parties, coupled with facilitating employee development and satisfaction.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor and organize company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update HRIS data such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off 
  • Assist in payroll management, preparation, and payment while liaising with the vendor
  • Act as point of contact for internal inquiries
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • Post job advertisements on the company’s career site and process applicants’ resumes
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Setting up interviews
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources related experience
  • Familiarity with employment law
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools
  • HRIS experience
SKILLS / COMPETENCES:
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to manage time effectively
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have great interpersonal skills and be able to relate very well with people
  • Professional certification considered an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite a plus
  • Must be fluent in English
