The candidate is responsible for creating visual concepts using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. Develop ENCADE Corporation’s market and continue to enhance the notion of virtualization through continuous business operation improvements. 

• Research the new trends 
• Understanding of marketing strategies and work with the marketing team to create high-level graphics for presentations, advertisements, enhancing the look and feel of our presentations. 
• Building conceptual diagrams based on the services and tools we customize and tailor 
• Use creative thinking to manage the concerns within the marketing planner 
• Graphical presentation based on the content to be put 
• Review the progress of the work and ensure quality and high standards are implemented 

• Minimum qualification in the field of design (degree, diploma or certification) 
• 2-3 years of design experience/ internship, volunteering or co-op is also considered 
• Collaboratively working on a virtual environment 
• Knowledgeable in working Microsoft 365 Platform and its tools 
• Must have a good knowledge base in internet technologies and the ability to work with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. (Usage of video editing software – Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects will be an added advantage) 
• Fluent in English; French would be an asset 
• Self-Motivation, creative design, a sense of fun, and attention to detail will be qualities of the successful applicant.
