JOB PURPOSE: |
To provide financial and administrative support to colleagues and stakeholders, taking charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Manage records and receipts
- Reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Prepare balance sheets
- Participate in financial audits
- Process invoices
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
- Resolve financial disputes raised by teams
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Keep accurate records of all transactions
- Be a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
- Support manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

QUALIFICATION: |
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Mathematics |
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: |
- 1-2 years of Finance and Accounting related experience
- Experience using accounting software
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools

- Must have excellent organizational skills

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess knowledge of financial regulations
- Professional certification considered an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite a plus
