| To create visual concepts using computer software, communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers together with developing ENCADE Corporation’s market while constantly enhancing the notion of virtualization through continuous business operation improvements.

| ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Research the new trends
- Understanding of marketing strategies and work with the marketing team to create high level graphics for presentations, advertisements, enhancing the look and feel of our presentations.
- Building conceptual diagrams based on the services and tools we customise and tailor
- Use creative thinking to manage the concerns within the marketing planner
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art regarding arrangement, size, style and related aesthetic concepts
- Graphical presentation based on the content to be put
- Review the progress of the work and ensure quality and high standards are implemented
- Sees to the completion of projects by coordinating external agencies, vendors and art services where necessary
- Attends design workshops and updates knowledge

| QUALIFICATION: |
| Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certification in Graphic design, Industrial design or related discipline |
|
| RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: |
- 2-3 years of design experience/ internship, volunteering or co-op is also considered
- Experience in a virtual environment preferred
- Exceptional in Office 365 environment, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Kaizala and relevant tools
|
| SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES: |
- Possesses layout skills
- Having the ability for excellent analysis
- Having excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mastering organizing tasks assigned to her/him
- Owns excellent tech and computer skills
- Must have a good knowledge base in Internet technologies and ability to work with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. (Usage of video editing software – Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects will be an added advantage)
- Fluency in English; French would be an asset
- Ability to accomplish many tasks
- Can manage his/her time in a proper manner
- Having good eyes for details
