JOB PURPOSE:


To perform a wide range of Human Resources functions from the recruitment process, administration, onboarding, and training to employee compensation, labor relations, and evaluation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain employee files and records electronically.
  • Act as point of contact for employee support, resolving any internal and external HR issues that may arise regarding e.g. leave.
  • Undertake the full recruitment process.
  • Perform orientation and onboarding.
  • Assist in developing guidelines and procedures.
  • Organize training and development initiatives.
  • Administer payroll and benefits plans.
  • Ensure good employee relations by promoting programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Contribute to job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying perks, and organizing team-bonding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor relations.
  • Create job descriptions and carry out performance management reviews.
  • Ensure the HRIS is updated with employee records regularly.
  • Gather and analyze data with HR metrics.
  • Undertake and communicate employee health and safety
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Human Resources Generalist
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Experience in the Office 365 environment
  • Experience in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Kaizala, and Microsoft Planner preferred
