JOB PURPOSE: |
To ensure effective workforce management and administrative responsibilities within the organization, acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and often deal with internal and external parties, coupled with facilitating employee development and satisfaction.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Monitor and organize company personnel records and documentation
- Manage and update HRIS data such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
- Assist in payroll management, preparation, and payment while liaising with the vendor
- Act as point of contact for internal inquiries
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Post job advertisements on the company’s career site and process applicants’ resumes
- Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Setting up interviews

QUALIFICATION: |
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline |
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: |
- 1-2 years of Human Resources related experience
- Familiarity with employment law
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools
- HRIS experience
|
SKILLS / COMPETENCES: |
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to manage time effectively
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have great interpersonal skills and be able to relate very well with people
- Professional certification considered an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite a plus
- Must be fluent in English
