JOB PURPOSE:
To enhance creativity, illustrate key ideas and concept of the services that ENCADE Corporation provides to the market while establishing project goals to design and refine animations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Using artistic technique to tell a story or provide information in visual form
  • Cooperating and collaborating with the production team members to understand their needs, design, create and edit animation
  • Be a learner and always be proactive to come up with visual ideas to increase the productivity
  • Presenting professional final animated products to clients for their approvals
  • Ensure that the final product aligns with the needs of the clients and is delivered on time
  • Use software and other techniques to lay out, draw, paint letters, figures, logos and design as well as produce animations
  • Research industry trends and developments to learn new applications
  • Establish a final product that aligns with the clients’ needs and is well delivered on time without exceeding budget
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design or related field
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in animation. Volunteering, co-op or internship is also taken as experience
  • Experience and proficiency with specific animation software platforms required
  • Experience with Office 365 tools
  • Experience in virtual communication
  • Experience implementing different animation styles including traditional animation, 3D computer animation, 2D vector animation and others
  • Proven ability to draw across different artistic styles
SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES:
  • Should have strong presentation skills
  • Must possess advanced computer skills
  • Knowledge of French a plus
  • Must have drawing and artistic skills
