JOB PURPOSE:

To facilitate Virtual Enablement Sessions and Events 

Disclaimer: This position is an on-demand contract, and you will get paid when a client books you for a session and completes the session facilitation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As soon as you are booked for a virtual team session, you are expected to do the following:

  • Prepare, engage, and motivate the team before the team-building event.
  • Schedule and facilitate the team preparation session on the day of the team building event.
  • Schedule and facilitate the team preparation meeting on the day of the team building event.
  • Provide team technical support and gameplay support during the team-building event.
  • Observe and assess the team throughout the experience and record result in a VE mobile application which will result in a team observation report.
  • Schedule and facilitate the post-event meeting for debriefing and reflection.
  • Kickstart team improvement by engaging team members to list action items based on their experience in the event.
  • Follow-up with the team regarding action items and team progress.
 
QUALIFICATION: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related, Psychology, or Human resources, 
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in working virtually
  • Experience in leading or managing virtual teams 
  • Experience in Microsoft 365, Especially Microsoft teams.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to handle multitasks at the same time  
  • Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders via emails, over the phone, or through video conference.
  • Excellent Listener
  • Exceptionally well organized and punctual 
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Additional Language is preffered.
