JOB PURPOSE: |
To develop and implement growth strategies for achieving set goals using analytical skills. Support ENCADE Corporation’s market productivity and sales; and enhance the notion of virtualization through continuous business improvements.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Virtual Event Marketing- Use analytical and critical thinking skills to set up marketing events for internal and external stakeholders
- Social Media Management- Assisting and monitoring regular posting and optimization of all corporate profiles
- Webinars- Ability to administer webinars
- Scheduling the Project plan and task for the team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Clarity in delivering ideas and concepts to the team
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns
- Document marketing strategies
- Prepare advertising presentations for the company and the clients to present the services of ENCADE Corporation
- Coordinate changes to existing materials for companies’ website
- Answer written and oral inquires
- Develop and organize workshops, meeting, and other marketing events to promote company’s services and maintain company’s relationships

QUALIFICATION: |
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications and related discipline |
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: |
- Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing related skills
- Experience in Marketing tools and software’s
- Proficient in Office 365 Suite
- Fluency in English; French would be an asset
- Experience working virtually in a team

- Communication skills must be advanced
- Must be familiar with Office 365 Suite
- Should have great negotiation skills
- Must have analytical skills to understand data
- Should know how to manage budgets
- Must have customer relationship management skills
- Should have good knowledge of consumer behavior
