·  Analyze and interpret patterns and trends in social media and from competitors.

· Conduct research using a range of tools (Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, SEMRush)

· Follow strict code of ethics and protect any confidential information at all times

· Write proposals and deliver presentations on market research findings when required

·  Compile data for progress reports

·  Review and edit data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information

·  Follow up with subjects to resolve problems or clarify data collected

·  Develop research protocols
